Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with B Power Solution. By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

B Power Solution is a business registered in the Czech Republic. We sell lithium battery cells (Terra 18650) and assembled power blocks (BMZ) to individual and business customers.

These Terms govern all purchases and interactions made through our website and order form.

2. Orders

Submitting the order form on our website constitutes an order enquiry, not a binding purchase agreement. A binding agreement is only formed when we confirm your order directly via phone, email, WhatsApp, or Viber.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

• BMZ Power Block (Assembled) — $160 per unit
• BMZ Power Block (Cassette Kit) — $160 per unit
• Terra 18650 Cell — $0.80 per cell

All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment is arranged personally with each customer after order confirmation. We do not process payments through our website. Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you directly during the order confirmation process.

Full payment is required before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, methods, costs, and timelines are arranged individually with each customer. We will discuss the most suitable shipping option based on your location and order size.

B Power Solution is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of battery and electrical components, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition
• The product received does not match the product ordered

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Contact us at sellerpowersolution@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We do not accept returns for products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.

7. Product Use & Safety

Lithium battery cells and power blocks must be handled with care. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that:

• You will use the products in accordance with applicable safety standards
• You will not expose batteries to extreme heat, physical damage, or improper charging
• You are solely responsible for the proper installation and use of the products

B Power Solution accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, installation, or storage of our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B Power Solution's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
